Meet Cherie

My journey into this work began not by choice, but by initiation, early menopause at thirty-eight, burnout that brought me to my knees, and a slow, sacred rebuilding that changed everything I thought I knew about wellness.

For over twenty years, I've studied the language of the body through iridology, flower essence therapy, sound healing, and voice. But the deepest training came from my own unravelling and return.

I write and guide from that place, where lived experience meets holistic practice, where the lyrical and the practical intertwine.
