It explores key areas of your emotional wellbeing, clarity, vitality, expression and connection.

Your responses give us a meaningful starting point and allow the session to be shaped around your needs and current season of life.

Your session is shaped around what is most present for you and may draw upon reflective conversation, breath, sound, voice, embodiment, elemental wisdom and flower essence support.

These practices are chosen thoughtfully rather than applied as a fixed formula.

The intention is to help you slow down, understand what has been draining or disconnecting you, and reconnect with your own inner guidance.
