S.H.E. Sacred HeartSong Expression is a soul-nourishing singing circle for women ready to reconnect with the power of their voice and awaken the parts of themselves that long to be felt, heard, and expressed.

This is not a performance space. It is a sacred sanctuary.

Here, we sing not to impress but to express. To heal. To remember. To come home to the sound of our own hearts.

What Happens in Circle

We begin with a Sacred Opening Ritual to ground, centre, and connect as a circle of women.

We move into Gentle Vocal Warmups and Breathwork to awaken your voice and settle your nervous system.

Then we sing. Group Singing and Heart-Led Harmonies drawn from folk, mantra, soul, sacred chants, and original songs. No sheet music. No pressure. Just voices rising together.

There is space for Spontaneous Expression and Creative Play, where you're gently guided to explore your own rhythm, tone, and truth.

We close with Reflection and Sharing to deepen connection and sisterhood before returning to the world.

No singing experience is required. Only a willingness to be seen, softened, and supported.

Practical Details

Duration: 2 hours in sacred space

Circle Size: Small group container of up to 16 women (minimum 8 to hold the circle)

Investment: $33 per session. Packages and term circles available.
