Each 75–90 minute 1:1 session (online or in-person) includes:
Breathwork + Somatic Grounding to regulate the nervous system and awaken presence
Gentle Vocal Activation Practices to awaken your natural tone and resonance
Sound-Based Exercises (toning, humming, vocal improvisation) tailored to your comfort
Emotional + Energetic Inquiry to explore where your voice feels blocked or free
Intuitive Reflection + Integration Practices (journaling, flower essence support, or vocal rituals)
Option to record your own Soul Song or Vocal Prayer over time
All sessions are guided intuitively, anchored in Sing to Thrive principles and your personal goals.

A three-session arc to explore, expand, and integrate your vocal liberation. Includes a custom post-session ritual guide + optional vocal journal prompts.
